Belfor Moving

I had an excellent experience with this company. Despite an oversight on my part they went out of their way to pick up my order when necessary. Delivery occured much sooner than I expected it to and all of my belongings were in the same condition as when they left.   Their pricing seemed fair and I appreciated having someone come to the house to give me a quote. Dave was helpful throughout the process and even picked up my order himself. I do think communication could have been improved. I was unsure about payment and delivery times and wasn"t even confident that I paid the correct amount to the correct person. I think it would be helpful to be presented with a clear outline of the entire moving process from pick up to drop off at the beginning of the transaction. Clearer communiction would have calmed some of my nerves about the moving process, especially the drop off. However, my pick up was excellent and did inspire quite a bit of trust.  Thanks so much for all your help, Dave!            .
